Order name is Indiashop wireless mous- Black.
I had cancelled my order on 16th October 2014.
But still i didn't get by Refund.
Whenever i call on customer care they will say that your Account Details are not Received yet, Although i had already send my details 5 to 6 time with snapdeal.
Customer care service is very poor.
They will not give answer properly.
For phone to customer care I had already spend Rs 50..
I want back my refund as soon as possible.
