Snapdeal.com — Refund of v guard stabilizer | |||||
This is regarding an online order I placed on snapdeal.com. The Order ID [protected]. The product VGuard VG 400 Voltage Stabilizer for AC upto 1.5 ton was faulty and I initially asked for a replacement. Following is the case history: 1 Snapdeal team didnot agree to pick it up from home since per them it was outside coverage. My parents who were elderly couldnot and my request was turned down. 2 Snapdeal sent two addresses for return causing confusion one of Delhi other of Hyderabad. We had to follow-up to get right address 3 Sent the product back via ICL courier AWB 16495330 4 The warehouse didn't accept and nobody knew the reason why it was returned back to ICL courier 5 Asked again the Snapdeal to pick it up from ICL courier nobody did called multiple times and escalated but false promises of pickup in 48 hrs everytime 6 Finally fed up I asked for refund which they said they will process via ticket 19443759 7 No refund till date initiated the return on 14 Feb and till 9 March they expect us to call time and again with no resolution Was this information helpful? | |||||
