[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund payment not received yet | |||||
Hi, I have just ordered a phone in Snapdeal but i had received a stone in it, so i went and gave the stone to the courier boy and he told to raise a complaint to customer care and they will refund your money back so that i raised a complaint as i paid my money through online payment but still i didn't received my refund. I have contacted customer care many time but no proper response from them it nearly took 1 year, So please give me solution asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
