[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund Pending for two weeks | |||
The order no. [protected] I had placed on 03 May 2014 comprised of 6 units and two if them were cancelled by the reseller/vendor without any information and I have received no communication regarding the subsequent refund even after raising this online multiple times. As per Snapdeal refund policy, for payments made using NEFT or credit card they refund within 5-7days. The most disappointing fact is that there is no single response or action after raising this over their online customer support option, even after repeated attempts !
