[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund refused | |||||
Have ordered one home theatre and post delivery when i checked the product, there was no warranty card, wire was not intact for speaker. Also the quality of the product was very bad. On high volume it gives a bad sound. When i was not satisfied i requested for refund, but snapdeal upfront refused for the refund saying the box was open. As per snapdeal the tag says easy refund but with such experience it does not look like same. Also the customer care person told do what ever you want to do, they will not refund.
