Hi,
i have placed a HTC mobile in snap deal which is not of much quality and i placed a refund order after i got the product,

i didn't get any response from then and the validity of the product has been expired

so please do a need

I have ordered 2 fabstone Full-sleeve T-shirts n a Mufti Blue Carrot fit jeans through
Debit card(6221#######62657)
Purchase Dt-17.05.17
Total Amount -2186/-
On Dt 18.05.17 I cancelled d 2T-shirts
Snapdeal_ told 844/- initiated n it will take 7/10 bussiness days to reflect in you A/c
But from 18.05.17 to 05.06.17 it was reflected, Then I contacted Consumer Care- Then they told me to share your bank statements from purchasing dt to till dt.
Then I went to the Bank to update the passbook n share all d transactions to [protected]@snapdeal.com, but they doing late to refund my money, but twice I shared the bank statements, N on 16.06.17 amount 844/- refunded...But on My Mufti jeans, I returned it on 22.05.17..They told me on dt 06.06.17 refund of Rs 1342/- initiated n to reflect in your A/c it will take 10days..Then I was waiting till 19.06.17, but still refund not come..Then they told samething that share your bank statements, so next day on 21.06.17 I went to bank to update my passbook n share the transactions from 17.06.17 to 20.06.17...But till date my refund not come...So please help me...

I purchase a coupon code from hdfc of RS 2500 and order 3 or 4 item but 1 item ( Urbane Woman Black Crepe Straight Self print Kurtis )Order ID: [protected] Reference number: 41729026 return this product same day within 2 working hour. then they told me that dont worry this item is in quality check process after that your amount will refunded via free charge account. but after 10 days no any refund then i again contact snapdeal department they told me that you not paid any amount through your bank or credit card so why we will not refund your amount. after that i am sending a 3 notice email for preparing to go to the consumer court. but when i send the last and final email they called me to i have a solution for you. kindly book any product up-to 500 then i will send u a coupon code against your order id. so i have order a sari Order ID: [protected] this item also reached at my home but still not get my coupon code or any thing else regarding this. so kindly suggest me to what should i do wait & watch more 2 3 days or go to the consumer court with all voice recording and all prove. kindly suggest me sir
