[protected] following item purchased from snapdeal.com. after couple o[censored]ses device being malfunctioned & stop working. after launching complain i.e.14142280 the courier service of that company refused to reverse pickup and replace.they also give me a status message i.e. reverse pickup cancelled by customer.
