Hello Forum,
I had placed an order with snapdeal for a Home Gym Item.
Im not satisfied with the order, and hence i had initiated the return.
The courier pick-up was unsuccessful.
Later, it was informed to me that pickup will be done in the next 2-3 days.
To my awe, it was told to me after 2 days, that too with much of furore, that the account associated with my email address has been suspended/withheld/whatever. (The reason the customer support gives is that there is some "Discrepancy")
Now, I'm here to seek some help from any person who could assist me with this further.
My request is that the item be picked and refund be initiated after the quality checks are done.

Update as on 4/12/2016
Someone had called from snapdeal, told me that return pickup has been initiated. Asked for confirmation email, says that no email will be sent.
After an hour, another person calls, and tells me that we cant pick it up.
Lol!
This company, is being run by a bunch of senseless individuals.
