I have order id: [protected] (1 item) details Placed on 05 sep, 2016 sandisk cruzer blade usb flash drive 32gb but this product is not working its defective piece so i complained to return but they asking me for original pack wich is not available but i have invoice and product but they refused because they wanted package we know nobody keep this package thats why they made this type of stupid policy to refused return request i want your help for giveng back my refund money please help me..
