[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Regarding return request

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
No one has picked up the order no. [protected] and the people claiming that they have contacting me many times, neither they contacted me nor they pick up the order and still showing the status that order has been picked up.

Kindly help me out this time and from next time i am not gonna shop from snapdeal and will suggest others also not to shop from snapdeal

For delivering the product, they called so many times but when it is about returning the product, their people did not called even once.
