We had purchased the chairs from snapdeal and the quality was not good. not even 10% of what we had seen in the site. when we recevided the goods and we requested for return. these snapdeal guys accepted my request and send mail saying that, — your item was delivered in good condition and hence, cannot be returned or replaced. please click here to view our return/replacement criteria in detail.
