[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Rejection of refund request on sale of non genuine product. | |||||
Sir, I bought a Bulls eye brown leather jacket through snapdeal online shopping with their snapdeal id [protected]. The product shown in the website and the product deliverd to me was found totally different and not a genuine one. I sent them back the product as per their instructions. But now their company is not willing to refund my amount telling that the product did not met their quality check criteria. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
