This is reference to my prepaid orders mentioned below:

The courier boy contacted me on 29th september through mobile and i told him that i m out of station and will be available on 3rd october, 2017 for delivery. Same status was updated on the site of snapdeal. But he never come to me again or contacted again for delivery. Now, i m surprised to see that he shows that he attempted two times to deliver the item to me which is wrong. He never contacted me again. Further, it is also to mention that the courier boy who contacted me on 29th september also behaved rudely with me which is never expected from the company like snapdeal.

I therefore, request you kindly to refund my amount to my credit card and if same person is delivering my other orders, my other orders pending for delivery may also be cancelled.
