[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Replacement and return | |||||
I have ordered an mobile from snapdeal on 3rd of july 2017.. And i have received the product on 5th on july 2017.. But the screen was broken.. It went for replacement on 6th and on 10th it was approved.. And till 16th i was miss guided.. And on 16th i got an email sating that my account of snapdeal is being blocked and ill not get my refund/replacement/even my old product.. I again complaint about it but again i m getting the same replies from the snapdeal... I have even complaint about the issue on twitter then too same response and today they are telling that they have found some fraud transactions in my account...
