[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — replacement delay of the product and ignorance of customer care | |||
I have ordered a headphone of white colour from this site and i get one with black colour i have initiated the replacement soon after unboxing but it's been 20days no call no msgs from them didn't able to contact to service number now i want refund of it. Order i'd is [protected] pulse escape headphone. Please resolve as soon as possible i having great trouble because i have gift it to someone and only few days left.
