Snapdeal.com — Replacement issue | |||
Hi, I have purchased a premier voltage stablizer on march 2016. But it is defective i have call loged in snapdeal for replacement. But in our native no courier pickup available so i have sent that product my side. After that no responce from snapdeal. I called 5 more times to snapdeal customer care, they tell everytime our backend process doing after that they will update to you. I am waiting for nearby 1 month for the replacement. Now i plan to go to consumer court for the replacement issue. I am getting so tired for the no response so i need compensation. So no one will buy from snapdeal, because they dont response.
