Snapdeal.com — Replacement of a damaged product not being done | |||||
Order I'd: [protected]. Received a HTC desire 326g on 15th March 2016. I put up a return request the very next day on 16th March 2016 as the camera wasn't working properly. A technician had to visit which is didn't contact me and reported I didn't attend his call. I haven't received any call from the technician even now and it's been a month. Snapdeal offers 7day easy return/replacement policy. Then why are they taking so long to replace my product. It's been a month and the technician only hasn't contacted me then when will the replacement be done. Very bad service. An assured call within 48hrs. No from snapdeal has contacted me.
