We placed a order for a dress on 22nd may 2017 and received it on 27th may. We asked for replacement of 29th may... They are calling us and after 18 days also no one has picked up the dress.

I have been sending mails to them but till now no one has responded..in order details they keep saying pickup scheduled but no response..
I request you to please take action and see to the item replacement
