Subject: regarding replacement order.

With reference to the subject noted above, i want to inform you that i ordered mobile phone & received damaged, so that i applied replacement on 22th october & my replacement request its reference number is 33510728.

Your company told me that they resolved my issue within 24 hours but till today i not get any replay from your side.
