[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Replacement or refund not done even after 25 days | |||
I have placed order on 12th October and since size was small, immediately asked for replacement. Courier partner had closed my request without informing me. Twice I had faced the same. Status is still closed in my app but complaint is open in 📞. I had wasted my 6 hours in continuous follow up with 📞. They are useless as their 48 hours has not come even after 24 day. All the customers do not have access to executives and ie why you search other number on net and there is number for refund who knows your account details linked to snapdeal once OTP is shared then your money are gone. Pl remove wrong web page from net. Give me refund ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||
