I have booked replacement request on 1st Nov 2016 and courier Jv express collected on 11th Nov 2016

I have sent several email and done call to your customer care, every time i got answer that will resolve in 24 hours

Till date no update about replacement and not received any replacement

Looking to your poor service and delivery, I would like to cancel order and request you to refund my amount

Attached pickup receipt for your ready reference
