I just ordered boat nirvana tres earphones which is just 2935 around when i got my order i got different model cheap earphone without wasting time i hit replace option but snapdeal just said "replacement request closed" and not giving me any response i just paid alot but what i got a cheap quality earphones but if you can't just refund me money otherwise send me what i ordered. 😔😔

I have placed an order for kajol mac brand and 5pices are defective I am not able utilize when I click for replacement it's asking for payment details where in i want replacement not refund on Facebook no one is responsing I very much disappointed for the first service with snap deal kindly do the need full.
