[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Replacement to refund

When i get my refund is it cum in time that you said or that also get delay like the replacement process gone for 1week not said after one week we are going to give refund. But i am the customer of snapdeal from 2014 tillnow i got all in good condition, this is the first time i got defect product so i returned to replacement they said we are waiting for my product so wait 24 to 48hr and finally they got my product and probkem also there that also they said unfortunatly they said we are sorry to replace theitem instread of replacement we refund your amount

Updated by kiranpr They said with in 24hr 100% you will get your refund now they telling wait for 4 bussiness days to get your refund, they are playing with the customers, ii think i have to complaint in the consumer court i have only that choice is left, waited for weeks no use.
