Hi, My product is LG HBS 730 Wireless Bluetooth Headset - White. Order ID: [protected] i collect this product from courier office my near location kamothe because snapdeal not able to send product my address so i collect my own product. But is got product black in colour, and courier i got bad in condition. in courier no warranty card, no Headset charger.I requested for refund to snapdeal .after 3 days customer executive call me that they cancel pickup and request me to courier to snap deal but i said i am not able to courier . so they said me they will rearrange . but from that call snap deal not give me any message or mail or call for update .so please do this refund process as possible because is service making customer frustrated.
