Email sent on 14 Dec : Hi Snapdeal Helpdesk, I have just received the Order for the Mobile cover with order id # [protected] and product code as # [protected] about 10-15 minutes back by your courier person and wanted to see the product before opening the same but the courier guy refused saying its a closed cod parcel . Anyways we have taken the delivery for the same, but we are utterly disappointed by the quality of the product as its seems to be something which you get on the roadside stalls . It looked very atractive and eye catching on your website and so we were compelled to make this purchase . And i am sorry to say the plastic quality also seems to be of very low quality . Hence please help me out with your return procedures and initiate the same immediately as i am unable to do so from under My account page . ############################################################################### Email sent on 21 Dec : It seems that you guys at snapdeal are not bothered at all to your customer complaints and dont reply to the emails sent 3-4 days back to get the product returned . I hope this mail brings something to your attention deficit minds and brains and get the cheap and crap mobile cover out from my home at the earliest . ############################################################################### Email sent on 25 Dec : Hi i am still waiting for you guys to have this pickup arranged for the product ASAP . Will anyone reply to me on my mails about the status . The product is still lying at my place with no use . This is really pathetic that you guys are not even responding on your [ http://support.snapdeal.com/requests/13199209 ] . ############################################################################### Email sent on 30 Dec by adding [ Kunal bahl ] CEO of snapdeal As you can see from the trail mail which has been running for a while now and there's still no response from your people for my return requests, came across your email adddress by googling . I just hope atleast you see this mail and take some necessary actions asap and if not i can imagine how this company is being run with such an insensitive and careless nature .
