[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return and refund not done and account suspended without any reason | |||||
Hi, I have ordered 20 items from snapdeal with order no: [protected] on 15th of may and received them on 17th may by paying the amount rs 22, 387 from my credit card number ending with 6009. Out of 20 items, i retained 4 items and requested return on the same day i. E. 17th may for other 16 items on 17th may as due to issue in size and fitting. Snapdeal pick-up boy came and picked my all 16 items with all original tags & levels with proper packing as per the snapdeal's return policy. After 3-5 days i came to know that snapdeal has only refunded for 5 items and for the remaining items firstly they said (Customer care) that you have to send it to the warehouse yourself and as i already handed over all the 16 items to the snapdeal pick-up boyand as i was never informed by snapdeal or snapdeal pick up boy that how many items i have to give it back to him and how many items i have to send it myself directly to warehouse. And after that i continuously contacted customer care for return & refund status of the remaining 11 items and suddenly i received 3 items back from the same snapdeal delivery boy and customer care stated that we can not return your items without giving me proper reasons and they sent mails to me that "your return request cannot be completed as while processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended." And the current status is that out of 16 returned items, i got refund only for 5 items, 3 items i received it back and other 8 items i neither got refund or returned back to me or with me for which i had done the payment already. As i do not want these products and hence only i requested to return & refund. I want all my products to be returned and refund my account back including the 3 items which i received back even i requested it for return. Kindly look into the matter. As i am a very loyal customer to snapdeal and i have purchased a lot of things with your website and for the first time i am facing such terrible experience which i never expected by the renowned brand like snapdeal. I want these items (Remaining 11 items including 3 items which i have received back) to be returned and want my total amount to be refunded. Hope you will not disappoint your customer.
