I don't know how to talk to customer care even i try using their customer care number. No option to talk to executive. I have problem with my order and i did not know how to face it i ordered a philips steam iron and it is damaged old and used when i return this then the courier refuses to take it and my return tracker shows pickup unsuccessful what can i do otherwise i will go to the consumer courtsir my problem was not solve please solve this as soon as possible.
