This is to escalate regarding my Snapdeal.com order number [protected] placed on 12 Nov, 2016 for an amount of 1856 INR. I received the delivery for this product on 15th November 2016 at 11.00 AM. I checked the product and called to cancel at 11.50 AM as the product was not upto the quality and the size was also not apt. I received cancellation confirmation on an email with the charge reversal details.
On 25th November, I was tracking my details and realized that the product was not picked up nor was the credit given. I called to request for the clarification and I was denied the refund as the cancellation was not done in 7 days.
Despite numerous explanation of the entire episode, the incharge of this dispute was not willing to listen to the cancellation. I told him that the product was cancelled and he insisted that you should not have taken the delivery.
I have been an active SNAPDEAL buyer if you check the details of my shopping history. This customer service levels are unacceptable.
I would request you to listen to my conversation with the incharge for understanding the customer service skills I had to deal with.
