[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — return not taken | |||
I purchased item from snapdeal. It was earphones. I made return request for this product but i didnt get any action from the snapdeal team. They sent mail that they failed to pickup up item so they disclosed the return order. I made return request twice but they always sent same mail. i didn't get any call from them regarding pickup item. I'm really disappointed from snapdeal after this incident and finally now they are showing that the return request is closed but i want to return the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
