[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Return of a branded watch as it was different from the picture on thw website(bad quality)

The company has refused to return the fossil watch es2830 saying that the product is guided by fossils return policy and not by snapdeals policy. On asking the fossil's policy, the company had no clue. The same was provided by me to the company. It clearly states that the product shall be taken back in case if its different from the picture shown in the site. The company is making weird statements and is working with a preset mind of not returning the watch.
