I Immediately lodged the return request
without the product image, since, the access for image uploading in your app was not possible.
Pick-up has been rejected by your courier person due to mis-match of product image between actual and your system image.
And then, I spoken to your customer executive in Help centre by way of "CALL ME" Provision. He said that a mail ID will be get shared to me and asked to upload the product image in it.
Whereas no mail from your end so far in this connection.Hence I request you to kindly arrange for returning the product at the earliest.
