I have initiated a request of return for against order id [protected]. Estimated date of pickup was showing 5th may 2017. No one has come or called that he/she has come for pick up the product. Suddenly in the evening got the message that pickup was failed. It was asked to confirm return request and reschedule pick up date and time within 48 hours.
But the option for the same is not showing any where. Even i have checked for the same in faqs as well but no answer is available there also.
Plz look into this and resolve.
