[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return picket and not updated in site and no refund yet | |||||
Hi, My order No: [protected] Sub Order Id: [protected] I returned the product 10 days ago and they didn't updated the same in orders and they cancel the return after return picked from me(after 2 days) and they change the status for the order from return approved to delivered. I contacted them more than 10 times till now through mails and i called to customer care also but no use.The product cost worth: 839 INR. Now i don't have the product with me and also no refund. i want to put a case on snapdeal, and i want to cancel the 'TrustPay', they are not at all worth for that.
