Snapdeal.com — Return pickup .sub order id : [protected]

Return item had already been picked up by the said courier ( XPRESSBEES)
on 7th Jan. still i am getting message " courier out for pickup".. I have checked with the concerned courier also. They said they have taken delivery.
Please check and arrange for the refund at the earliest.
