[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return Problem | |||
Hi, I have bought Homefab pillow. The product is defective, not as per the size and also NO MRP mentioned in the product. Also it is NOT a Homefab pillow as mentioned your site. It is a LOCAL BRAND. So i wanted to RETURN as per the snapdeal's trustpay policy.But RETURN button is not enabled after 3 days of delivery. If the RETURN button is not enabled then how we will RETURN. Looks like snapdeal is avoiding the RETURN. Order id [protected] Given complaint and sent mail to helpdesk with the photos... STILL NO RESPONSE... WHY RETURN BUTTON IS NOT ENABLED IN THE SITE AFTER DELIVERY (3 DAYS OVER)????? HOW WE WILL RETURN IF THE RETURN BUTTON IS NOT ENABLED.????
