[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Return product

Sir, I have purchased Dress material from Snapdeal.com. They have wrong material despatched. After received I complained and applied for refund and return back. I have already 4-5 times complained in Delhi Office. But till now not pick my courier and no positive reply from their side. I am one of their valued customer and purchasing last one year. I lost my confidence in snapdeal. Please suggest what can I do. My mobile No. +91-[protected]

Had order a pair of shoes from snapdeal,

This is the worst online marketing i have ever come across, the day when i recieved the order, i had requested them to pick up the order as it was wrongly delivered, since from 3 months am following up the snapdeal, all the customer care executive gives the false promises, and no turns up to take the product, its like a hell, do you need three months time to pick up the order, its better you shut your irresponsible company, all customers will have negative opinion on your company i will never and ever will promote your company to my well wishers. A whole crap company.
I already apply to return product and also call to
a snapdeal custermer care department seven time.
They said wait for three days in all time.i Wait approximent 21 days.i waste my balance for call a custermer care department same a price of product.
They said courier boy come to your home and pick up your product but anyone boy or girl did not come and i paid rupees which i want to get in my bank account and my bank account detail also send in the mail id [protected]@snapdeal.com

I have raised an online request 15 days back, after many reminder sent to snapdeal.coom, have always received email from snapdeal.com that[protected]------- (Please note that your complaint against the order number ([protected]) has already been escalated and our team is investigating the same. We will update you with the resolution at the earliest.)


after that i also got call from snapdeal.com and he said will arng revers picup for this product and you will get update from our side shortly.


but no response yet received. my order no [protected] against i forced to take legal action for snapdeal.com i want my money back.


Reason for return - size problem, wrong size sandle received.
