[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — return refuse & failed | |||
Snapdeal denying my return & make excuse for wrong address. I have raised several complaints from your mobile app but i am not getting any responses for the same. I wanted 2 return both Order id: [protected] (1 item) placed on 14 aug, 2019 Addidas navy polyster lcyra trackpants order id: [protected] (1 item) details Placed on 14 aug, 2019 Nike side stripe dry fit tack pants from this order, however there is something wrong and i am not able 2 raise return for both items, they show return request closed. However yesterday 26th august 2019, the shadowbox person denying for my pickup & latter on got the massage of return failure becos of wrong address rather than thay have been delivered the items on same address. I have done mails on [protected]@snaldeal.com raised issue through website but no revert till time. Kindly revert with the update asap I am not able to contact you on your customer care number neither i could find any email id.
