Hi Snapdeal,
I had ordered Puma football shoes size 12 (Mens) on 7th Jan and recieved Kids shoes in return.
Immediately asked for a refund and sent the package AS it is. (It never contained Puma shoe box - fake maybe?)
On checking my account today, I see that my return request is declined stating - quality check failed. This is beyond ridiculous!
I don't understand what quality check was failed. I just returned what they sent.
I called customer care and they transferred my call to supervisor. Unfortunately I was made to wait for more than 30mins on call, WITHOUT receiving an answer. Also, the customer service exective Karishma Sharma was just not interested in understanding my issue on phone and extremely blunt!
Snapdeal needs to seriously look into this matter as I see there are several similar fraud cases registered! Such a pathetic experience.
