Snapdeal.com — Return request not processing | |||
I have ordered a laptop in snapdeal.com. I received a faulty product. As snapdeal providing 7 days easy return. Its not easy. They are cheating us. They are using simple trick. When I try to create a return or replacement request from website or mobile app, there an error showing contact customer care. But when I call their helpline, no option to talk with representative.
