[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Return Request of Broken Product

I booked a product as a Diwali gift to my senior colleague "Usha 3209 Ofr Oil Radiator Room Heater" worth Rs 5990 on 16th Oct 2014. As per the expected date, the product was delivered on time on 21st Oct 2014. The product was broken as it is opened on 22nd Oct 2014. I registered a complaint on 22nd Oct 2014 with the option from your website (Return Option) also i mailed with attachment of broken product. On the same day i talked one of your Representative and got a commitment to return the product within 48 Hrs. But i didn't get any response. I got a false mail that, customer wants to retain the product. Immediately i replied on the same mail and again talked to you representative and Senior Supervisor, the said this is the mistake of our courier partner and as the Diwali season is going on so that it happened. Again i got a commitment to return the product next 48 Hrs. Again fail. Dear I can't Explain the whole process (For More Info please goto request number i.e. 10786614 for the complete communications Every time i called on customer support the made a hold for more than one hour every time.. I received always apologies and a commitment for next 48 hrs to return the product. Please return my product as soon as possible as i want buy a new one. But this time i will not buy from your website. I purchased more than Rs 3, 50, 000 from your website within last 4 months. I sent so many mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com but i didn't a single reply. Please do something with your customer service as i saw so many complaints regarding the same. I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible. It was very much frustrating to being on call so long and getting no reply. I hope to get a reply soon from your side.
