[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — return request rejected for vague reasons | |
Hello, Order id: [protected] Reference no: 44322802 I ordered a pair of navy sneakers but was delivered purple color ones. I raised a return request but i was sent an email after 2 days that it didn't "pass their internal checks". They haven't even picked up item yet, how did the shoes not pass their checks? As informed to customer service and social media, i will wait until end of day tomorrow since i've always had a good shopping experience on snapdeal but after that i will be raising a chargeback from my bank.
