[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — return request was not processed rather closed behind my back. | |||||
Hi, I ordered a recliner chair from snapdeal, however, requested return on 16th august. I have tried to reach to them on different forum and call centers but they are not reachable. Since the return request, i am getting weekly messages that your request is being processed but nothing has been done yet. Today, i was shocked to learn that they have closed my request without providing me a resolution and i cannot have a say about it. They are not reachable till now. Its been again more than 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from Snapdeal despite putting it in the consumer forum.
Can you please let me know the status of my complaint and how many more days you guys will need to resolve this?
