[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — returned the item but payment not received | |||
We Have Placed Order for Item 1 Shree Hans Creation Blue Georgette Anarkali Semi Stitched [protected] for Rs 800 and gave us some different thing and after that when we said them to refund they took it back and gave some code saying keep it, order id: [protected] and now its been three months but nor recived the item nor the money I also droped a mail to the snapdeal in case to this order id only and the pick up was arranged to this order the reason was the ordered item was totally different from the received one and hence return pick was arranged to this order and the courier gave us a tracking id JVKSD[protected] and said you will be receiving a message or a call after 7 days now its been 3 months and nothing is been done my 800 RS gone now alt east give me that different item also even that but I have not received any thing where should I go now Was this information helpful? | |||
