[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Royal canin maxi junior | |||||
On 6th of march I placed a order with snapdeal of Royal canin maxi junior Dog food of 15kgs with order no. [protected]. On 15th of march when I opened the product I found that the product was not genuine as the shape, size, smell and the colour of the food was different from the previous food, So I placed a return request and the snapdeal executive took the parcel back on 16th march. On 22nd of march I received a email from Snapdeal saying the product was genuine ( which it was not ) and on the following day I received a call from the delivery boy for the delivery of the same product and for which I clearly denied to accept and asked him to get an Original one and after 8 days I received a email from Snapdeal saying they are blocking my account and it stated that the product has already been delivered to my house, whereas I didn't receive the product back and at the present when I called up they told me they have the product at their warehouse and I'm neither getting the product back nor the refund of the product.
