Helo sir, i m seema. my registr number [protected]..acutally 24 jan 2017 ko brown ankle shoes order kiye...thn 30 jan 2017 ko mere ghar parcel aya...maine jab use open kiya shoes ke dono pair k color change ek white or ek brown...nd 2nd problem ...ek hi pair k dono shoes..hmne usi tym replace ka order kar diya...next day vo parcel lene aa gye...thn 4 feb ko apki app par show hue ki apki req decline ho gyi..or apke quality checking officer ne keh diya ki yeh sahi h...sir maine quality nai ...ek hi pair k dono shoes aa gye h yeh mention kiya...today 21 feb 2017..mujhe koi response nai aya..or mujhe kaha ja raha h apko vahi shoes rakhne parenge...sir meri jagah apne apko lekar dekho..ek hi pair k dono shoes kaise daal sakte h...

because jitne bi customer care ko calls kiye h...koi rply nai ata h...
i think iska bi ans nai ayega..
