[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — sandisk pen drive 32 gb | |||
I placed a order for sandisk ultra 32 gb usb 3.0 pen drive on 29th august, 2019. My order id is [protected]. I paid rs.457 for that. On 31st august, 2019, it was delivered. But when i tried to use bu putting it to my usb slot on my laptop, it was showing a message to format the drive before use it. Again and again its showing the same message i. E. To format the drive before use it. And when i am trying to format it, its showing the message that windows cannot format it. Basically, company has send me the defective piece. Immediately i ordered for replacement on the website. But its 4th september now, i have not received a response from the company either for replacement or for refund of money. Requesting you to help.
