[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Scam/ miss guiding/ with proof | |||||
Hello. This is regarding Order Number [protected], I Recieved the different item from snapdeal and raised returned request. My product was picked up after 20 days after raising the request, now Snapdeal rejected my request on 20th of nov that returned item's quality check is failed but as per the JV express ( reverse logistics ) the returned item is delivered to snapdeal today i.e 21Nov. then how can snapdeal update that they received the item on 19th nov and they rejected my replacement request by saying quality checked failed. Some images are attached with reference to this order. I strictly advise snapdeal to approve the replacement otherwise i will take strict legal action against this scam. There are images which clearly show that item is delivered to snapdeal today i.e 21 nov. And one is there clearly shows that snapdeal rejected it fakely and said that item received on 19th nov.
