[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — selling of already used product plus no return of item | |||||
I had ordered a game from snapdeal on 7 december 2018 and pre paid rs 1393 for it. The product arrived on 22 december 2018. As it turns out, the product code of the game had already been used by another person. This means the entire product is completely useless. It is like buying a discarded candy wrapper. The item cannot even be returned nor replaced. This amounts to no less than ripping off money. Even if no help is offered i would like this type of incident to be prevented in the future for all patrons. The seller of the product was comprint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 27, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved 1. When pressing the return item tab the notification showed that item could not be returned.
2. Went to their help center and gave as much info as possible.
3.Submitted a complaint in this site.
4.Received email asking for screenshots of error.
5.Received call on information of return.
6.After 1 week call came from courier for return of item.
7.Had to go to courier myself to deliver item.(That is the fault of the courier)
8.Received message of inspection of product quality.
9.Refund initiated on 15/1/2019 with reference number.
