I have purchased Sony Android Gmpl-SonyBlack Unisex Smart Watch 2
via Order ID - [protected] dated 15-08-14 received on 22-08-14
Complaint Ticket No. - 8987914 dated 03-09-14, but on 03-09-14 the Sony Smartwatch 2 stopped working and hence i approached Sony Service Center which is 100 kms far from my place. On submitting them invoice details, as warranty card is not given with the product, they found that the product's serial no. and details is not mention in the invoice, due to which the product do not fall under warranty period and hence not taking for service.
Hence I request snapdeal to kindly add the product details in the invoice and send me on urgent basis.
I am requesting them via emails and calls since 03-09-14 and even sending them the snap of the product serial no. and with 8 reminders for the same and which Mr. Vikas senior representative at your call center assured me for sending me the requisite but fooling me with false assurances.
Hence I request You Sir to please help me to resolve the issue and either get me Proper Invoice with details that can act as warranty document or my money.
