[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — send me a damage and duplicate item second time.

I buy fastrack watch online from snapdeal but they send me duplicate and damage item.then i request to replace that watch.then today again send me damaged and duplicate item.i complain lasttime also same thing in snapdeal site but no response again they send me same thing.
How can snapdeal allow such a dealer who send a duplicate things.
Not happy with snapdeal. I alwaya buy thing's online from othet site also like amazon nd etc. But i never face such same problem from them.. I am going to complain im consumer forum...

Updated by Jayesh jadeja And also that watch belt also duplicate last time my full watch duplicate but i complaim so this time send me semi duplicate i mean watch model is i feel right but belt then fasttack box duplicate and also damage...
